The brief was to design a Business Hotel as an iconic structure located in the upcoming area of Baner, which boasts of a number of office buildings and its connectivity to Hinjewadi.
The hotel was designed complete with 50 rooms, conference facilities, banquet halls, multi restaurants etc.
The concept was to explore different building forms to challenge the static, vertical nature of the majority buildings in the locality, thus reinforcing the iconic character of the building.
