The brief was to design a Multiplex complete with 3 screens with 750 seats, food court, restaurants, gaming zone, 7D theatre, anchor stores, offices etc.
as a retrofit utilizing the existing RCC frame that was designed for a hotel + banquet facility.
The challenge was to design an iconic and dynamic building despite the restrictive RCC grid.
